We offer free shipping on all orders. The shipping cost is already included in the final price of the products.

Order Processing Times

Available Products
Orders for products that are currently available are prepared and handed over to the courier within 3–5 business days from confirmation of purchase.

Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-order products are produced specifically after the purchase has been confirmed. Production takes approximately 3–4 weeks. Once production is completed, the product is prepared and handed over to the courier.

Out-of-Stock Products

Products that are shown as out of stock at the time of purchase can still be ordered and will be shipped within 3–4 weeks at the latest. In any case, we will always do our best to keep the processing time as short as possible.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after shipment are:

• Italy: 2–5 business days

• Europe: 3–7 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on the courier, destination, and time of year.

Shipping of Bulky Items

For large items (such as furniture or seating), delivery times may be slightly longer and will be agreed with the customer when necessary.

Shipment Tracking

When the order is handed over to the courier, the customer will receive the necessary information to track the shipment, when available.

Orders Containing Multiple Products

If an order contains both available products and made-to-order products, the order will generally be shipped together once production of the made-to-order item has been completed, unless otherwise agreed with the customer.
