Return Policy – Epoca Zero

Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return:

• the item must be in the same condition in which it was received
• it must be properly packaged to prevent damage during transport

Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns for:

• vintage or used items
• products marked as “final sale”

Damaged Products
If the product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photos of the damage.

Refund
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the refund will be issued within 5–10 business days.
